What on earth is #VLOGMAS?

It's officially December and you know what that means, it's time for Vlogmas!

If I mentioned the word 'vlogmas' to the majority of my family and friends I would be greeted with confused  faces and the type of look that says 'she's finally lost it'. I might have, but that's another matter. The fact is if your anywhere on YouTube for the next month 'vlogmas' is going to be a word that pops up a lot and I for one am excited about it.

So what is it? I'm sure a lot of you are already well conversed with the ins and outs of vlogmas but for those of you who aren't, vlogmas is when a YouTube vlogger (video-blogger) uploads a video every day for the month of December.

Vlogmas has become an annual event for many big-name YouTubers and though some might not understand what all the hype is about, thousands of viewers and subscribers log on every day to see how their favourite vloggers are spending their run up to Christmas. We get to see them Christmas shopping, decorating, baking and generally helping us get in to the festive spirit.

So who do you need to watch out for this December?

Well just as they did last year Tanya Burr & Jim Chapman have both announced that they will be doing vlogmas again this year. Look out for winter fashion and beauty bits, Christmassy bakes and general lifestyle loveliness. Oh and lots of Christmas coupley cuteness. I heart them both. Where's my Jim?

Sprinkle of Glitter's Louise has also announced that she will be uploading small vlogmas chunks of festive fun everyday of shopping, decorating, baking and the cuteness that is Baby Glitter.
Fleur de Force is also going to be vlogging again this December so get ready for beauty guru perfection, cute homeware and hopefully some footage of her new spaniel puppies!

Ok, this last one isn't technically vlogmas as the Shaytards upload a vlog every day of the year but there is something extra special about the Christmas ones. If you want to feel all warm and fuzzy inside then the Shaytards family and their Christmas specials will definitely do the trick. If you haven't watched them before Christmas is the time to start, you won't be disappointed. So much cuteness in one family I can't even handle it.

Are you a vlogmas addict too? Who are you excited about watching? Let me know in the comments.

I'll be doing YouTuber focus blogs every now and then so don't worry if you don't know who I'm on about yet, or you could just check out the links to their channels and see for yourself :)

Merry vlogmas!!
